All orders from 9pm 21/02/2019 all orders are dispatched 1st class via royal mail.

Orders EXCLUDING Lounge wear 

Collection - Up to 7 Working Days before ready to collect (Excluding Lounge wear)

Standard Dispatch - Up  to 7 Working Days - Before dispatch - (Excluding lounge wear)

Standard Dispatch - Up to 14 working days - Before dispatch - (For orders including lounge wear - More information below)

Express Dispatch 2-3 Working Days - Before dispatch - (Excluding lounge wear)

Quick dispatch lounge wear is included in our Standard, Express or next day dispatch option. Please note this is ONLY lounge wear included in the quick dispatch section with quick dispatch in the product name. 

If you select a delivery option that is excluding lounge wear and your order includes lounge wear your order will be dispatched in accordance to our lounge wear turnaround and you will NOT be contacted. It is your responsibility to select the correct option. 

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES, PROMOTIONS & HIGH ORDER VOLUME DAYS (end of month period) may experience 1-2 working day delays at busy times. If you order via Next Day Dispatch and are concerned your order will not be dispatched for a special occasion around a sale day or promotion etc please include a note on your order and we will do our best to ensure this leaves on time.

Orders including lounge wear

Our turnaround for standard lounge wear is up to 14 working days - Before Dispatch.

Why is our turnaround for lounge wear so much longer? Our lounge wear is COMPLETELY made to order and is made especially for you. The fabric is cut from the roll to your requirements, sizes and colours it is then hand sewn in our Bridlington workshop, passing through the overlock team and lock stitch team, your order is then embroidered to the font and colour of your choice. Once your order is made it is pressed and backed and sent straight off to you. Our turnaround can vary from around 5-14 working days on lounge wear because of the made to order nature.

Printed items (Excludes handmade items - Lounge wear) - 2-7 Working day aim. (Full turnaround information below)

Embroidered items (Excludes handmade items - Lounge wear) - 2-10 working day aim. (Full turnaround information below)

Lounge wear - Handmade items  - Any item including 'Lounge within the title',  Lounge Sets, rompers, Harems, Lounge wear, Bloomies, Topknots, etc - 2-14 Working day aim. Please note our Lounge wear is handmade to order from scratch and therefore the turnaround must be in place. We cannot do rush orders on lounge wear at present.

 MIX & MATCH LOUNGE WEAR - Where possible turnaround for this will remain at the standard 2-14 working days but due to the complexity of these may be increased to 20 working days. From orders placed 18/01/2019

STANDARD TURNAROUND

Our Turnaround can vary from order to order. As a standard we say up to 14 Working days. All orders are handmade to order and this is why we do have the turnaround.

Please do refrain from emailing within the 14 Working days asking where your order is as this does take up a lot of valuable time and if your order was not going to be dispatched within the turnaround time you would receive an email.

Your order will show as 'Order in Progress' Until it is marked as Awaiting shipment once they are marked as awaiting shipment they are ready to go and waiting on the next post pick up. Once your item is marked as Dispatched it has been dispatched.

You will receive an email/text update when your item is shipped or awaiting pick up if you have selected awaiting pick up.
